Billings Car Accident Lawyer

If you or a loved one have been injured in a car accident along I-90 or in the Billings area, knowing your legal rights is crucial. That’s where our experienced Billings personal injury attorneys step in.

A dedicated Billings car accident lawyer can guide you through the claims process, handle the insurance companies, and fight to secure the maximum compensation available under Montana law.

At Gallinger & Stockdale, we proudly represent car accident victims in Billings, Yellowstone County, and communities along the I-90 corridor. Our mission is simple: to provide aggressive, compassionate legal representation when you need it most.

Distracted Driving
From texting to eating behind the wheel, distracted driving is one of the leading causes of accidents in Montana. Taking your eyes off the road for even a moment can have serious consequences.

Drunk Driving
Driving under the influence remains one of the most dangerous and devastating causes of car crashes. Victims often face severe injuries and long-term impacts.

Speeding
Exceeding the speed limit or failing to drive safely for conditions greatly increases the risk of serious collisions and catastrophic injuries.

Reckless Driving
Aggressive or careless driving puts everyone on the road in danger. Reckless behavior often leads to accidents involving severe harm or even fatalities.

Check for Injuries
Your first priority after a car accident should be to check yourself, passengers, and others for injuries. Call 911 immediately if anyone needs medical attention.

Stay at the Scene
Never leave the scene of an accident. In Montana, fleeing can result in severe penalties, including fines, jail time, and loss of your license. Remain until law enforcement or medical professionals clear you to go.

Document Everything
Take photos of the vehicles, damage, and any visible injuries. Gather contact information from witnesses and exchange details with the other drivers. This evidence can be critical for your insurance claim or case.

Report the Accident
Notify law enforcement and your insurance company as soon as possible. A police report strengthens your claim and helps establish fault.

Contact a Montana Car Accident Lawyer
An experienced Billings car accident lawyer can guide you through the claims process, negotiate with insurance companies, and fight for the compensation you deserve. Getting legal help early can protect your rights and strengthen your case.

Medical Expenses
Car accident victims in Billings, Yellowstone County, and along I-90 often face overwhelming medical bills. Compensation can cover hospital stays, doctor visits, rehabilitation, and ongoing treatment related to your injuries.

Lost Wages
If your injuries prevent you from working, a Montana car accident lawyer can help you recover lost income. This applies to time off for recovery or long-term disabilities caused by the crash.

Property Damage
Accidents across Billings and the I-90 corridor frequently leave vehicles totaled or badly damaged. You may be entitled to compensation for repair or replacement costs.

Pain and Suffering
Beyond physical injuries, many Montana car accident victims experience emotional distress and mental anguish. Our attorneys fight to ensure these damages are fully accounted for in your claim.
